Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Have questions about our training services? Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
section provides answers to the most common inquiries about our courses,
accreditation, booking process, and more.

Q1: There are a few things of interest to me on your course list for Health and Social Care subjects but not the exact course I am after for my staff. Can you offer us something tailored to our particular needs?

● Yes, we always want to discuss a client’s specific needs and we can absolutely incorporate related elements into a session. This works particularly well for a full day course where we can mix and match content and use appropriate scenarios and examples from your work environment.
● Do use the contact tab to give us an idea of what your specific needs are.

Q2: You don’t have any pricing on your website. How much is it for a course?

● Cost depends on various factors such as course length, number of delegates, resources used and so on. Training for Health prides itself on fair and competitive pricing while recognising the excellent standard of teaching we provide and the resources we expend. Very few companies provide workbooks for every subject and contemporary training aids as we do.

Q3: Are all your trainers qualified to teach?

● Yes, all have either a level 7 teaching qualification (PGCE) and have registered ‘Teacher’ status with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or an accredited teaching qualification. In addition, all our trainers remain registered and continue to work in clinical practice. All our trainers receive consistently excellent feedback from clients.

Q4: Your website doesn’t say where you are based. Do you travel all over the country?

● We are based in East Anglia and predominantly work across the area. We can and do travel further afield however, for full day courses or two or more days together. Do use the contact tab to enquire.
